We will design a care plan just for you that is responsive to your changing needs. We will meet with you and the significant people in your life, identify your personal care needs, and make sure you have the information you need to make informed choices about your home care options. Then we work closely with you in designing personal care around your life. We improvise and adjust the support combinations to remain in step with you and your changing needs.
Whether you need care for a few hours, days or even longer, Wise home care services are on hand to ensure that your care needs are supported while your carer/family member has the opportunity to take a break and enjoy everyday activities. Our flexible and responsive service is tailored to the times that suit our clients and can be anything from one hour to 24 hours a day. We can assist on a regular basis or as a one off and we are available 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays.
