About us

Wise Home Care Services (WHCS) is a young and dynamic private domiciliary care company, registered with the Care Quality Commission and managed by experienced, professional staff who have working experience in both NHS and local authority settings and also who has a wealth of experience across many aspects of the care sector. This experience helps them personally match Care workers with each client and understand each client as an individual.

Wise Home Care Services is so dedicated to the provision of person-centered care in the client’ s home or temporary residence. We have the staff who are always on hand to help at a time that suits loved one’s needs.

Our aim is to give the service user more flexibility in how the service is provided making their own decision about how care is delivered.

Wise home care services aims to provide a quality care and support service to people in their own homes in the local community.  This will be carried out by the delivery of general support, monitoring of their welfare, personal care and domestic help.  Our service is constantly reviewed to achieve a high standard through quality monitoring, flexibility and the personalization of the service to the Service User.

All staff are DBS checked before they are employed and undertake all the mandatory training. They receive formal one to one supervision at regular intervals and their performance is monitored on a day to day basis.  Each Staff member receives an annual appraisal of their training needs and this is recorded and acted upon.

The service recognises that Service User’s needs are of the utmost importance and support duties will be carried out in a manner that respects privacy and dignity.  The service will study the Service User’s wishes and preferences and the care plan will be produced to reflect this in a way that maximises the choice and independence of the individual.
